Thank you for posting this brilliant speech!
Parsa Mehrdad wrote “I was really impressed that what heavy duty liar president we have that can confidently generate so many lies in front of so many well-informed media representatives.”

I do welcome comment as you can see, Parsa. Only, please explain why you make it seem you are in Iran or that you have some knowledge which we do not have. Granted, you may be living outside Iran now and have some knowledge about Iranian politics. Then please explain what part of the president’s speech you believe is false.]
Frankly, I think the press, being well-informed as you say Parsa, were very cordial and positive torward the president exactly because they are aware he is expressing one very widely agreed upon version of the truth of our global situation. Ours is a very complex reality, i think you would agree. The members of the press who were at all “hostile” were obviously not there in order to cover his statement in an unbiased and professional manner.
While I am certain Iran has it’s social and economic problems, I am also aware that Ahmadinejad is a man of high calibre. A fact which is becoming obvious for the world to see. It would appear you have something to say about the way you see the situation in Iran. We would all be very glad to read an Iranian/Persian’s view of the situation.
